Vehicle fleet

Our fleet is versatile and is constantly modernized.

  • 6 ATB vehicles
  • 3 escort vehicles
  • 2 motorcycles
  • 1 Crane & aerial work platform vehicle
  • 1 bridge trolley

At present we have 6 fully equipped ATB vehicles, 3 support vehicles and 2 motorcycles. In addition, the fleet includes a crane & elevating work platform vehicle and a bridge truck which are mainly used for disassembly and reassembly of signalization or other obstacles during exceptional transports.

We are striving for a CO₂-neutral vehicle fleet and replacing vehicle after vehicle with electric vehicles. Already today we count 2 electric vehicles to our fleet.

Tesla Model Y
Our flagship CO2 neutral transport escort (ATB) and the world's first all-electric escort vehicle. Deployed from the Aarau location for transport escorts in the Mittelland region, it has all the Tesla-typical electronic helpers and stationary air conditioning on board in addition to all-wheel drive.

Equipped with double-sided LED panel, altimeter, CB as well as operational radio. In addition to traffic safety materials, various tools and measuring instruments are also carried.

Ford Touneo
The small and maneuverable space miracle is used for transport escorts (ATB) at the Eastern Switzerland site. It has all the modern safety features such as distance cruise control, lane departure warning, dashcam, and is equipped with double-sided LED panel, altimeter, CB as well as company radio. In addition to traffic safety materials, various tools and measuring instruments are also carried.

Renault Trafic
This vehicle has 9 seats and is therefore used for larger traffic service missions in addition to transport escort (ATB). Equipped with double-sided LED panel, measuring instruments, CB as well as operational radio. In addition to extensive traffic safety materials, a large selection of tools for dismantling and additional equipment is also carried. Marking material for cargo.
Mercedes Vito
The noble 4x4 with powerful engine and parking heater, can tow 3to trailer, has 5 seats and a bed. It is mainly used for longer distances or Gotthard transports (ATB), and also has all modern safety features such as distance cruise control, lane departure warning, rear/front dashcam, as well as double-sided LED panel, altimeter, measuring instruments, CB as well as company radio, 360° ambient lighting. In addition to traffic safety materials, the usual tools required for dismantling are also carried.
VW Crafter
Our vehicle for the rough and when it gets big. In addition to 7 seats, the ATB vehicle has a crane with a lifting capacity of max. 1.4t and a maximum lifting height of 4.80m. Depending on the order, the load is equipped with different modules, whether for VLM measures in the context of a transport with timber and mobile lanes, or for events with plenty of barrier and security material. Fiat Hobby (WoMo)
Our camper with toilet/shower, kitchen, heating for working comfort, which others have only on vacation. Therefore, it is used for long-distance/multi-day transport escorts (ATB). The recreation area is also set up to serve as a mobile operations control center during major events. It has a large solar array, multiple battery storage, 3000W inverter, independent broadband internet and solar blinds with ambient lighting. Further, it is equipped with an LED board, altimeter, CB radio and traffic safety material.
Skoda Octavia
The Oktavia is a real all-rounder as an emergency vehicle with 5 seats, LED warning beams with LED matrix display front and rear, and a large trunk for the traffic safety material. It is often used for own escorts in addition to traffic service.
Toyota Aygo
The cheeky little runabouts are perfect for urban use. Deployed with us as 3 placers in traffic service, and equipped for this task with all necessary traffic service equipment. It is always amazing what can be stored in such a small vehicle: Folding signals, flashing beacons, pigging cones, barrier tape, battery-operated warning lights, oil binder, road brooms, handheld radios, traffic signs incl. Holder and much more.
Dacia Jogger
The station wagon has really a lot of cargo volume and is suitable for deep garages due to its low LED bar. With 5 seats and a large trunk, this is used for all types of transport service. To this end, it carries an ample assortment of materials and has cargo space reserves to carry additional material.
Motorcycle BMW Dakar
We have two identical motorcycles with conspicuous warning markings, yellow hazard lights and front flashers. The side case carries medical supplies and simple material for securing danger points. The motorcycles are perfect for transport escort on busy urban routes, or on long and narrow mountain routes. At sporting events such as cycling and running events, they are used as top-of-the-line vehicles. In addition, we also use them to patrol congested traffic areas during major events.
Miscellaneous pendants
For the work in the traffic service we own besides fully equipped signaling trailer also different material transport trailers (open/covered), stay and material transport trailers (suitcases), motorcycle trailers and machine transport trailers. Always ready for action, so that we are able to fulfill all orders without external dependence, even at short notice.

MAMO Verkehrsdienst GmbH is the first company in Switzerland to have such an extensive ATB fleet in operation.
